01What it changes

Prettier can
mean selling less.

URLs that change without redirects, a “more complete” form, a slower theme: a poorly prepared redesign wipes out years of work. Prepared properly, it multiplies enquiries.

Search rankings kept

Indexed pages and pages that get traffic recorded, every URL redirected, the content that performs kept.

A shorter path

What worked stays: the number at the top, the short form. What held people back goes, measured before and after.

Speed maintained

A better-looking site must not be a slower one: main content displayed in under 1.2 seconds on mobile, a condition of delivery.

02The method

Measure, decide,
then rebuild.

Four stages, one point of contact, the agency's four disciplines.

  1. 01 — Measure

    What your site already knows

Real-world speed for your visitors, what Google sees, the path to the enquiry and what your clients say: four audits before the first sketch.

  2. 02 — Image

Change the image without losing the landmarks

A new art direction or an evolution of the existing one, built from what your clients already use.

  3. 03 — Website

    Rebuild on a sound base

Design, development and SEO foundations: a first version in 14 days, fast, accessible and in your name.

  4. 04 — Launch

    Reconnect without losing anything

Every old URL has its destination, campaigns and analytics follow: nothing points to a page that no longer exists.

03What is delivered

Measured before,
verified after.

Six deliverables, in your name. A real case: the complete redesign of Sublimex, from the first screen to the first contact.

  • The audit of the existing site

Speed, the pages that matter, journeys and client questions: the benchmark for afterwards.

  • The redirect plan

Every old URL has its new destination, tested before launch.

  • The new site

Designed for you, hand-built, fast on a phone, content management included.

  • The path to the enquiry

Short form, tap-to-call number, WhatsApp, appointments: what worked is kept.

  • Acquisition reconnected

Campaigns, social media and analytics point to the right pages on the day.

  • SEO, then GEO

The foundations kept and strengthened, then the work to be cited by AI.

05The questions we get asked before a redesign

Before we start,
your questions.

The seven we are asked most often, with straight answers. To go further: measure before you redesign.

Will I lose my search rankings?

Not if the redesign is prepared. We first record the indexed pages and those that receive traffic, map the URLs, plan every redirect and keep the content that performs. A badly managed redesign can wipe out years of rankings; that is precisely what we avoid.

How do I know whether everything needs redoing?

By counting the signals and looking at where they sit. One or two on the surface: a targeted redesign. Three or more that touch the foundations — performance, technical debt, structure, accessibility: better to start again from a fresh base. The details: seven signs it's time to start over.

Full redesign or targeted fixes?

If the problems are on the surface — copy, hierarchy, calls to action, images that are too heavy — targeted fixes are often enough. If they touch the foundations — technical structure, the wrong tool, accumulated debt — a redesign is justified. Thom'Off Strategy is there to decide on facts: the full analysis, an advisory session and a costed roadmap that belongs to you.

Our site is on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Should we change tools?

Not necessarily. What loses enquiries is rarely in the tool, and almost always in what has been done with it. If your tool really is the bottleneck, we tell you, with the reasons.

How long does a redesign take?

A complete first version is delivered in 14 days, then refined with you until launch. The exact schedule is written at scoping, depending on the number of pages and content to take over.

Do our campaigns and social media follow?

Yes. Google Ads and Meta campaigns, social media, GA4 analytics and call tracking are handled by the studio's digital strategy and acquisition team: on launch day, nothing points to a page that no longer exists.

How much does a redesign cost?

There is no price list: each redesign is quoted on request. If you want a costed roadmap before deciding, that is what the Thom'Off Strategy is for; its fee is given to you at the first conversation, before any commitment.
