A jewellery maison does not have to choose between the boutique and the website. The website introduces, reassures, sells the pieces that are bought on their own, and books appointments for the others. The two paths complement each other.
The piece before the price
A ring sells on an image: the material, the light, the piece being worn. Zoomable photos, a short video, and the same quality on the website as on Instagram. A mediocre image casts doubt on the piece itself.
A product page that answers the questions
The metal, the stone, the size, the care, the lead time: everything you would ask in the boutique must be on the page. Variants — yellow gold, white gold, ring size — are chosen without leaving the page.
Reassuring at the moment of paying
Secure payment, insured delivery, clear returns, visible contact: every doubt removed at that moment is one more sale. That is often where orders are lost, not on the home page.
Two paths: buy, or try
For some pieces, the right action is not “Add to bag” but “Try in the boutique”. A fitting appointment in three fields, or reserving a piece, brings clients who have already decided into the boutique.
Instagram, the everyday shop window
A collection is discovered on Instagram before the website. Posts that lead straight to the product page, launches announced by email, Google Shopping campaigns: social media is a sales channel, not an album.
Shopify, or the platform that suits you
Shopify is reliable, secure and easy to run day to day; it is the platform we recommend most often, and the studio is a Shopify Partner. PrestaShop or WooCommerce remain possible if you prefer. What matters is that the store looks like the maison.
What we measure
Orders, average basket and boutique appointments, with their source. You then know what each channel brings in, online as in the boutique.
